Winnebago View Review
The Winnebago View has been in the market for quite a long time already. Many owners and renters have provided reviews regarding this Class C motorhome. And View has gotten more than satisfactory ratings from various review sites.
A common feedback among owners of this rig is that it is compact in size which makes it easier to drive and maneuver on the road. It can take them to places where bigger RVs just cannot go because of their size.
Winnebago View has also lived up to its promise of fuel economy. Some users say that the average fuel mileage was between 16 and 18 mpg. This allows them to save a lot of bucks on fuel costs.
Many owners rave about the open floor space of the 24D floorplan when the Murphy bed is folded up. One should really study the floor plan that would suit their travel needs and preferences to make the most of this motorhome.
It also provides great help in terms of energy management. Owners can opt to use the solar panels or their LP generator to supplement the power provided by their Group 31 RV batteries.
Despite its size, View has a rather large cargo carrying capacity which means you can bring more stuff with you when you travel.
As with all RVs, there are also some users who’ve had negative experiences with this motorhome. There have been reports that the Riverpark Xite Infotainment System is slow to react. Some are complaining about the MaxxAir Roof Vent in the bathroom because they say it only allows very little air to pass through. Those with the Insignia 32″ TV are irked because it does not support playing movies saved on external USB devices.
These are just some of the reported complaints but as some owners have said, these could easily be modified and they were still loving their View and would still recommend this motorhome to other people.
Pros
- small and compact
- great fuel mileage
- open floor space
- energy management
- Cargo Carrying Capacity
Cons
- Riverpark Xite Infotainment System
- MaxxAir Roof Vent in bathroom
- Insignia 32″ TV doesn’t support downloaded movies
- Cheapo mini blinds in kitchen and bathroom
The Verdict

And the best part is that Winnebago keeps on improving this motorhome to make it more comfortable for its users.
This is a great motorhome for a small family. It comes in a compact size but it is loaded with features that you want your mobile home to have. It is spacious, luxurious, and comes with modern appliances and systems to make you feel the comforts of home anywhere you go.
