Introduction to Palomino Travel Trailers

Palomino RV has been around for more than 5 decades, providing the RV community with the best value for their money with their quality campers. They offer a wide range of RVs from travel trailers, truck campers, toy haulers, fifth wheels, and destination trailers.

Palomino was first known as Vanguard Industries which was established by Mr. Vern Landey. He used to be an RV distributor and he felt that he could provide the people with better quality RVs so he began producing pop-up tent trailers in Savage, Minnesota. As their customer base began to grow, they moved their factory to Colon, Michigan so they could manufacture more camping trailers.

They continued with their expansion and innovation until Forest River bought their company in 2002. When this happened, there was a huge growth in their production and they added more RV types to their lineup. In 2005, Forest River Inc. was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway and Palomino RV continued to be a valued division of Forest River Inc. that manufactures top quality RVs including their travel trailer line.
